Our Consultants focus on an area that they are familiar with and have a full understanding of the requirements in each role.


Senior Chefs

This division covers all Senior Chef vacancies throughout the UK and Overseas; Development Chefs, Sous Chefs to Executive Chefs, Group Executive Chefs and Unit Chef Managers.
 

Junior Chefs & Pastry Chefs

We provide Junior Chefs including Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, as well as all levels of Pastry Chefs from Commis to Executive Pastry Chef.

Our Consultants have previously worked in the kitchen, we know the job, what it takes to be good at it and we know the industry.
 

Management

We can provide Conference & Banqueting Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Food & Beverage Managers, Front Office Managers, General Managers, Hotel Receptionists, Human Resources Managers and many more skill sectors...

This division works closely with other divisions, so we maximise our full candidate database which enables us to offer clients a wider choice.

 

Temporary Staff

West One Temps division provides all hospitality operational grades of staff ranging from Kitchen Porters to Executive Chefs.

We cover all positions including Bar, Waiting (Plate & Silver Service), Housekeeping, Kitchen, Reception and Front Office.
