Our client, a fine food delicatessen group & restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef

Retail, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen & Warehouse. We are always on the lookout for talented, enthusiastic people who are passionate about food & wine to join our team. If you love good food & wine, working as part of a team and appreciate great customer service.

The Sous Chef will work with only the freshest continental and British ingredients and in a friendly and supportive kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will be mainly based and work in Marylebone and only morning shifts from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

The Sous Chef will receive an annual salary up to £40,000 per year and for 45 hours per week, extra hours are paid and straight shifts.

Occasionally you will work in the Bloomsbury branch and the working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm or 2.00pm to 11.00pm (closed Sunday and Monday).

45 hours per week and paid for each hour worked. Overtime paid and after 10.00pm paid 1 & ½ time the hourly rate.

This is an ideal role for a Sous / Sous Chef passionate about cooking but wants also work sociable hours.
