Our client one of the most sophisticated and elegant Private Members Club in London is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie.

Located within easy reach of Oxford Street brings a slice of the “dolce vita” to London’s Marylebone. Whether you’re looking for dinner, lunch, or weekend brunch, you’ll find unfussy, timeless Italian favourites served in elegant surroundings that recall Italy’s glamourous 1950s heyday.

As well as the main dining room, with luxurious banquettes and bright, colourful artwork, there’s a stunning, wood-panelled bar serving exceptional Italian wines and classic cocktails with a signature twist.

We are always looking to attract high-calibre, enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join the teams within our restaurant.

Someone who knows what exceptional service looks like, but who isn’t afraid to bring their personality to work; who can work the last hour of their shift as if it’s their first – energetic, bright and attentive.

The ideal candidate will be a team player and passionate about pastry.

The Pastry Chef de Partie is contracted for 40 hours per week but sometimes can work more a paid for every hour worked, £14.75 per hour and working only straight shifts.

There is a team of 20/22 Chefs, supportive Head Chef and you will be using only the best and freshest ingredients

The Pastry Chef de Partie will receive:

·Paid £14.75 per hour and working only straight shifts.

·Sunday off plus another day during the week.

·Contracted for 40 hours per week but sometimes can work more

·Paid for every hour worked

·Meals on duty
