Job Spec:
We are looking for a Wine Waiter or Waitress and for our fine dining restaurant based in Central London.
The ideal Wine Waiter or Waitress will support the Head Sommelier in managing day to day service operation.
The Wine Waiter or Waitress must have a good knowledge of wines and currently work in a similar role
The Wine Waiter or Waitress role is for an immediate start, Monday to Friday, 40 working hours per week.
The Wine Waiter or Waitress will receive:
- Salary of £35,000 per year
- Plus, gratuities and Annual bonus
- 40 working hours per week and over 5 days
- Monday to Friday role
- Meals on duty
- Company Sick Pay
- Contributory Pension Scheme
- Travel Loan
