Job Spec:
We are looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress, and we are a high-end 3 Michelin star restaurant based in Central London.
We serve modern French cuisine and the service is impeccable.
The Head Waiter/Waitress will be working 55 hours per week and between Tuesday to Saturday.
The restaurant is closed Sundays & Mondays
What we are looking for
The ideal Head Waiter/Waitress must have Michelin and fine Dining experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
