Job Spec:
We are looking for a Head Barista and for our new opening planned for May / June 2026.
Although the opening is planned for May/June 2026, the ideal Head Barista is someone that can offer paid consultancy work prior to the opening and then transition to the permanent Head Barista role.
We will be selling high-quality, speciality coffee and serve a menu ingredient-driven and focused on freshness.
The location for the new café is Hoxton. We anticipate a team of four in the front of house and three in the back of house.

- Salary up to £40,000 plus service charge
- 45 hours and 5-day working week
