Chef de Rang – Waiter or Waitress – Central London – Sunday off

Job Spec:

Our client an expanding luxury and exclusive Private Members Club based in Mayfair is now looking for a Chef de Rang / Waiter or Waitress.

Based over 4 floors, the Club has 2 Restaurants serving Mediterranean and South American sharing concept cuisines.

Working hours for the Chef de Rang / Waiter or Waitress are:

2 days off during the week including Sunday and the remaining 5 days working:

3 straight shifts per week and from 4.00pm to close (around midnight/1.00pm)

2 split shifts and starting at 10.00am and finishing at 11pm (with a break between 3.00pm and 5.00pm)

The ideal Chef de Rang / Waiter or Waitress must:

• Be a good team player, with an excellent presentation. Training will be given if the Chef de Rang / Waiter or Waitress has the right attitude and wanting to learn and progress.
• The Chef de Rang / Waiter or Waitress must have previous experience in a similar role.
• Must have excellent customer care skills and communications skills.

• Basic annual salary of £35,00 per year
• Plus, service charge in the region of £13/15K per year.
