Are you an experienced Sous Chef? And did you work with organic and fresh produce?
We have a Sous Chef role available, and for our Gastro Pub operation based in Islington.
The Sous Chef will be part of an expanding group including 3 Gastro Pubs in Central London and the role is for an immediate start.
The Gastro Pub is popular with the local clientele, and the ideal Sous Chef will work with a kitchen team including 7 Chefs and serving organic, seasonal British/European cuisine.
We are the only certified Organic Pub in London, and the role is ideal for a Sous Chef that wants to progress and is passionate in working with organic and seasonal produce.
Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or strong experience as a Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
- A passion for fresh, seasonal, and organic cooking (as it’s an organic pub).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
