Job Spec:
We are one of the top high-end restaurants in London and producing refined and elevated Japanese cuisine with Modern European influences and using British seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
Training will be given and we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience in fine dining, AA European/Mediterranean cuisine background and willing to learn new modern techniques and cuisine.
The Junior Sous Chef will be using only the finest ingredients, the team includes talented and professional chefs, and you will receive all the support and mentoring you need to succeed.
The Junior Sous Chef benefits:
- Salary is between £44k and £47,000 per year and depending on the experience and skill sets.
- The Junior Sous Chef working hours will be 48 per week
- the role is for an immediate start
- 2 days off per week
- 28 days holidays
