Our client is the oldest and the most exclusive Private Members Club in London and now looking for a Commis Chef or Demi chef de Partie.
The ideal Commis Chef/Demi Chef de Partie will be a quick learner and can slot into the section quickly, have a reasonable knowledge and experience of the kitchen.
Daily changing menu and only the freshest ingredients are used. This is the ideal position for a commis Chef that wants to learn and develop.
The Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie will receive a:
·Basic salary up of £28,000 per year
·Receive 2 Bonuses per year which is around £2,500
·Contracted for 43 hours per week
·Work Monday to Friday and weekends always off
·Overtime paid
·Shifts are: Monday to Thursday 9.30am-2.30pm and 5pm-9.30pm split, Friday only 9.30am-2.30pm
·Closed bank Holidays
·Closed at Xmas and New Year
·They also closed 3 weeks in August which is paid and not included in yearly holidays
