Job Spec:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie and for our client a Private Members Club based in Central London.
The menu is British, seasonal and only the freshest ingredients are used.
The ideal Chef de Partie must have previous experience in British cuisine, have a steady and reliable CV and be passionate about cooking.
The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start, 42 working hours per week and over 5 days.
The Chef de Partie will monthly be off 3 weekends out of 4
The Chef de Partie will receive:
- Salary package up to £35,000 per year
- 42 working hours per week and over 5 days
- 3 straight shifts and 2 doubles
- Off 3 weekends per month
- Closed Bank holidays
- Off between 9 to 12 days off over Christmas
- Meals on duty
