Our client a Private Members Club based in Charing Cross is currently looking for a Chef de Partie.
The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start, Monday to Friday role!! except for occasional weekend event.
The Chef de Partie will work straight shifts and alternative weeks from 8.00am to 4.00pm or 2.00pm to 10.00pm (including breaks).
The Chef de Partie salary is £34,000 per year plus some service charge and for 37.50 hours working week.
Overtime paid 1.5 times the hourly rate, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
The club is Closed bank holidays, Xmas & Easter
This is a very calm kitchen and cooking great British food.
The ideal Chef de Partie must be a team player and someone with a positive attitude who will fit in with the rest of the kitchen team.
The Chef de Partie benefits are:
