Job Spec:
We are an expanding and high-end hospitality group and currently looking for an experienced Baker Sous Chef, and to work in our production Bakery located in Wandsworth Road new Battersea Park Power Station.
The ideal Baker Sous Chef will be working in a well-equipped and air-conditioned Production Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start.
The hours of work are 9.00am to 7.00pm and there is a team of 9 Bakers.
The ideal Baker Sous Chef:
- Must have strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
- Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven
- Support the Head Baker and Bakery team in the day-to-day baking operations
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts
What’s on offer for the Baker Sous Chef:
- Annual salary of £45,000 per year plus a 20% bonus equivalent to £9,000 per
- 48 working hours per week
