Our client an international company operating private luxury trains with day and weekend journeys around Britain is now looking for a Sous Chef.
Hours and Place of Work:
The ideal Sous Chef will be based for 2 days in the Battersea Park Production Kitchen and 2-3 days working on board of the trains with destinations such as Bath, Oxford, and York.
When working in the Production kitchen in Battersea, the start time is generally 8.00am to 3.00pm.
The Sous Chef will work 40 hours per week; overtime is paid 1.5 time the hourly rate and there is a team of 7 Chefs
Due to early starts it important that the ideal candidate lives nearby or able to travel with easy to and from Battersea.
The ideal Sous Chef will:
- Be paid a basic salary of £50,000 per year plus generous service charge
- Work 40 hours per week and overtime is paid 1.5 time the hourly rate
- Work straight shifts
- Be part of a team of 7 highly skilled and experienced chefs
- Produce creative food at Michelin star standards and use only the freshest, and expensive products available
