Job Spec:
I am looking for an experienced Meeting & Events Executive and for a luxury hotel based in Central London.
We are a global brand with worldwide hotels and part of Europe’s largest hotel company.
The ideal Meeting & Events Executive will assist the Meetings & Events department to achieve maximum revenue and client relationships, through effective and efficient sales techniques and always providing excellent customer service to all customers.
The Events team includes the Meeting & Events Manager, 3 Meeting & Events Executives and one Meeting & Events Co-ordinator.
There are 17 event spaces, and the Events team is responsible in planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences for up to 500 guests, from start to finish.
The Meeting & Events Manager will receive:
- Salary of £36,000 per annum
- Up to 33 days of annual leave per annum

The Meeting & Events Executive must have:
- At least 3 years’ professional experience
- Use of OPERA Cloud and Delphi system is preferable
- Efficient in using Microsoft office and systems
- Organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Customer focused
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
