We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef and for an immediate start.
The restaurant specializes in modern fine Italian cuisine, and everything is made from fresh.
Based in Notting Hill in West London, the restaurant was opened in 2024 and is run by a gifted Chef voted best Italian Chef by Gambero Rosso.
This is a great opportunity for promotion and development.
The Junior Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team and an experienced, hands-on, award-winning Head Chef to work with and learn from.
The Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef will receive:
- Paid for every hour worked and from £17/18 per hour and negotiable depending on experience
- 48 hours per week and over 5 days.
- 2 days off per week
