Head Chef for an Italian Restaurant in Saudi Arabia

Job Spec:

I am looking for a Head Chef and for an Italian Restaurant based in Saudi Arabia and within a 5* Hotel in Ryad.

The Head Chef role is for an immediate start, accommodation is provided free of charge and includes the cost of electricity, gas and local taxes etc.

Free flights are also provided, and the salary is negotiable.

The Head Chef will run a newly opened modern Italian Trattoria with a full dining experience — fresh pasta, artisanal dishes, authentic recipes, regional storytelling, table-side hosting, and an elevated yet warm convivial atmosphere.

The ideal Head Che must have:

·An in-depth Italian culinary knowledge and experience

·Be the face of the restaurant: confident speaking in public, leading tastings, hosting VIPs, and representing the restaurant in media and events.

·Carry a strong, charismatic personality — someone who connects naturally with guests, influencers, partners, and the Italian Embassy.

·Be comfortable appearing on social media, filming content, explaining dishes, and supporting the brand presence.

·Be a genuine host — someone warm, present on the floor, and capable of building long-term relationships with key guests.

We can also consider a strong Sous Chef, and it is an advantage to have worked in places such as:

• Big Mamma Group, Padella, Bancone, Lina Stores or Murano
