Job Spec:
We are a strong expanding Restaurant group and including 5 operations with a new restaurant opening planned.
The business is high quality and high-volume operation and serving seasonal regional starters and re-invented homemade luxury Italian Pasta dishes.
As a testimony of the standards and quality of food we have been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for the past 5 years.
Currently we are looking to recruit a full-time Head Chef, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, have good management skills, and keen in building a strong food culture in their team.
The Head Chef will report to the Group Executive Head Chef and be supported by a strong Management team.
What’s on offer for the Head Chef:
