Job Spec:
We are looking for a Head Baker and for our new opening planned for May / June 2026.
Although the opening is planned for May/June 2026, the ideal Head Baker is someone that can offer paid consultancy work prior to the opening and then transition to the permanent Head Baker role.
The daily menu will feature croissants, Danishes, cookies and a variety of cakes. The focus is on delicious, natural, and healthy home-style food.
The food concept is very ingredient-driven and focused on freshness, with a daily changing menu that allows for creativity and seasonality.
The location for the new café is Hoxton. We anticipate a team of four in the front of house and three in the back of house.

- Salary up to £40,000 plus Service charge
- 45 hours and 5-day working week
