Guest Relations Manager – Hyde Park

Job Spec:

Our client a luxury 5* Serviced Apartments operation overlooking Hyde Park is now looking for an experienced Guests Relations Manager.

The operation includes a dining area, 24-hour room service to guest rooms, in-room spa and beauty treatments and private dining options.

The ideal Guests Relations Manager will be responsible for the daily running of the Guest Relations department and supervising a team of two Guest Relations Executives.

You will be a good fit if you:

·Have proven experience as a Guests Relations Manager in a similar role at a luxury hotel at Manager level

·High attention to Detail

·Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

·Exceptional organisational skill

·Friendly, approachable and professional
