About Us
Our operation includes a Coffee Shop/Bakery and a Farm Shop. We are based on a small farm on the outskirts of Newbury, and our food is inspired by the changing seasons and ingredients from our vegetable garden.
The Role
We are looking for a General Manager, and this is an exciting role for an experienced hands-on individual who wants to lead the business, with overall responsibility of the daily operation and revenues.
What we are looking for
The ideal General Manager, must be passionate for locally grown food, have excellent communication skills and previous experience in a similar role
The General Manager, must have his / her own car
We are considering for the role and experienced General Manager or Restaurant Manager wanting to step up and with a proven experience (min 3 years) from independent, quality-led restaurants
The General manager must be hands-on, with great attention for details
Has strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven individual
