We are a popular holiday park destination and now looking for an Executive Sous Chef.
Who we are
Our Holiday Park & campsite is situated in Maldon, Essex. Attractions include Camping & Caravanning, country walks and cycle rides, there is a Bar & Restaurant, amusements, and a large playground
What we are looking for
We are now looking for an Executive Sous Chef who is friendly and approachable, is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment.
The Executive Sous Chef must have experience in a similar role, attention to details, be creative and a team player.
The ideal Executive Sous Chef is responsible to the Executive Head Chef and must be able to run the operation in his/her absence.
