The Company:
We are an international company operating VIP private luxury trains with day and weekend journeys around Britain landmarks and now looking for a Commis Chef.
Commis Chef Place of Work:
The ideal Commis Chef will be working on board of the luxury train.
Three- and six-night journeys take in the illustrious landscapes and vibrant cities of Cornwall, the Lake District and Wales. On board, guests enjoy menus designed by superstar chef Simon Rogan, a Bar, Observation Car and Wellness Suite.
This is a seasonal role which runs from March to December 2026. Opportunity to renew the contract in March 2027
The Commis Chef will receive:
- A salary of £2,800 per month
- Extremely generous Service charge!!!
- Contracted for 40 hours per week
- Overtime paid at 1.5 rate (Based on a 40 hours per week contract)
