Chef de Partie – Notting Hill Gate (West London)

Job Spec:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie, who will join our professional Kitchen team in Notting Hill (West London).

This is an independent restaurant, serves modern Greek/Mediterranean cuisine, and some of the dishes are prepared over charcoal and grill.

Everything is prepared from fresh and only seasonal ingredients are used.

There is a supportive kitchen team of 4-5 Chefs, and we are looking for a Chef de Partie with knowledge of Greek/Mediterranean food, committed and have experience working in small restaurant operations.

It is essential the Chef de Partie also has worked in small kitchen teams and has a calm personality.

We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and on average we have 100/160 covers throughout the day.

The working Rota is prepared 1 month in advance and last order in the evening is at 9.45pm.

The shifts are Tuesday to Thursday from 10am, Friday to Sunday from 8am. Monday closed.

·Salary up to £39,000 per year.

·48 hours working week and over 5 days.
