We are looking for a Chef de Partie and we are a high-end and one of the most well received openings of the year. Based in Shoreditch, the menu is a la carte, brasserie style operation and serving British seasonal cuisine.
The cooking focuses on British ingredients prepared with precision and contemporary technique, resulting in dishes that are clean, considered, and quietly ambitious.
What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Chef de Partie who is friendly and approachable, is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment.
The ideal Chef de Partie must have experience in a similar role and join a team of 14/15 chefs.
