Job Spec:
We are a top high-end restaurant-based Knightsbridge in Central London and now looking for a Chef de Partie.
We produce refined and elevated Japanese cuisine with Modern European influences and using British seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
What we are looking for
A Chef de Partie with previous experience in fine dining, AA rosettes or Michelin standard restaurants
Training will be given and we are looking for someone willing to learn new modern techniques and cuisine.
The Chef de Partie will be using only the finest ingredients, the team includes talented and professional chefs, and you will receive all the support and mentoring you need to succeed.
The Chef de Partie benefits:
·The salary is up to £43,000 per year and depending on the experience and skill sets.
·TheChef de Partie working hours will be 48 per week
·the role is for an immediate start
·2 days off per week
·28 days holidays
