Chef de Partie – Boutique Hotel – Suffolk

Job Spec:

I am looking for a Chef de Partie and for a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside, just 90 minutes from London and near Ipswich.

Accommodation is provided at a cost of £125 per month and includes the cost of electricity, gas, council tax.

The Chef de Partie salary on offer is up to £35,000 per year, plus £2,000 service charge.

There is a talented, hands-on Head Chef running the fine dining 3AA rosettes restaurant and serving British / European cuisine.

They have their own herb; fruit & vegetable gardens and the ideal Chef de Partie will be using seasonal produce throughout the year.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie that is enthusiastic about cooking, wants to learn and most of all is reliable and a team player.

The role is for an immediate start and if you want to work in a well-organized, fine dining and supportive kitchen then this is the job for you.
