Our client an international company operating VIP private luxury trains with day and weekend journeys around Britain landmarks is now looking for a Chef de Partie
Hours and Place of Work:
The ideal Chef de Partie will be part of a team responsible for the execution of fine dining dishes on board of luxury trains and contributes to making an exceptional culinary experience on board.
This is a seasonal role which runs from March to December 2026. Opportunity to renew the contract in March 2027.
The Chef de Partie will receive:
- £18.46 per hour and paid for every hour worked
- Service charge
- Contracted for 40 hours per week
- Overtime paid at 1.5 rate (Based on a 40 hours per week contract)
