Job Spec:
We are an expanding and high-end hospitality group and currently looking for an experienced Pastry Junior Sous Chef, and to work in our production Bakery located in Wandsworth Road new Battersea Park Power Station.
The ideal Pastry Junior Sous Chef will be working in a well-equipped and air-conditioned Production Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start.
The hours of work are 9.00am to 7.00pm and there is a team of 5 Pastry Chefs.
The ideal Pastry Junior Sous Chef:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Well used to work in high-volume and high-quality Pastry kitchens
- Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts
