Our client a quintessential British Private Members Club based in the London West End is now looking for a Waiters / Waitress
The Club provides excellent dining facilities, accommodation, and exclusive member events.
The ideal Waiter / Waitress will receive a basic salary of £24,000 per year plus there are gratuities which are distributed 3 x per year plus a Christmas Fund, this usually totals about £4,500 in a year.
If the Waiter / Waitress requires accommodation, they do have a staff hostel where staff may stay at a cost of £300 per month.
The working week for the Waiter/Waitress is Monday to Friday and for 40 hours.
The shift pattern for the waiters is either a split shift: 10h30 to 15h30 then 18h30 to 22h30 or a straight shift: 15h30 to 23h30
The Club closes for 3 x weeks in August when staff take paid annual leave. The Club is also closed between Christmas and New Year, so the balance of the paid annual leave is taken then. The Club is not open during bank holiday weekends – Bank holidays are paid for staff.
There is a staff dining room, so staff receive free meals whilst at work
The Waiter / Waitress benefits are:
