Sous Chef – 4* De Luxe Boutique Hotel – Richmond

Our client a 4* De Luxe Boutique Hotel based in Richmond is now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their strong team of 12/13 Chefs

The Sous Chef will receive depending on experience a basic salary up to £31/32,000 per year plus service charge

The Sous Chef role is for an immediate start and will work:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 straight shifts
  • 28 days holidays
  • 2 days off
  • Overtime paid

The ideal Sous Chef must have previous experience in a similar role, be passionate about cooking and support the Head Chef in overseeing the management of the main restaurant and events

Please note that if you are keen on the Sous Chef role you must be able to travel to and from Richmond in South West London

The Sous Chef will work with a supportive kitchen team; receive training and development from a fine dining experienced Head Chef and most of all have the opportunity to work to the highest standards with lots of opportunities for promotion with the hotel group
