Sous Chef job – Private Members Club – Green Park
Our client is one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious Private Members’ clubs. They provide excellent banqueting, fine dining, accommodation, sporting facilities. The members join the Club for its high standards, 5* star service and unique atmosphere.
Currently they are looking for a Sous Chef for their Brasserie serving Mediterranean cuisine with British and French influence and everything is prepared from the freshest ingredients
The ideal Sous Chef will be contracted for 40 hours per week – overtime paid – 2 days off – 7 shifts per week over 5 days and weekends included.
High volume and high quality Kitchen with a Brigade of 14 Chefs
The ideal Sous Chef will be paid a basic salary of £34,122 per year.
This is a 7 days operation and the client will provide you with the uniform, meals on duty, pension scheme, closed bank Holidays and for Xmas.
Interview and trial slots are available immediately, and the suitable Sous Chef will be able to start at the end of July
