Sous Chef job – French/Mediterranean Restaurant

Our client a traditional classic French restaurant based in Soho / Covent Garden delivers an approachable but high-end concept to customers.

They serve the finest food, wine, champagne and cocktails. The restaurant has a luxurious environment where customers feel relaxed from the moment they arrive.

Currently looking for a Sous Chef for an immediate start and paying a salary of £35,000 per year and for 45 hours per week

The ideal Sous Chef will work with a team including 16 Chefs and 5 kitchen Porters

The Sous Chef will be overseeing a British, French / Mediterranean menu with daily specials and they specialise in seafood inspired by the likes of Rick Stein

The Sous Chef will always have 2 days off per week, work week of 45 hrs, 5 working days including 3 straight shifts and 2 doubles (early 9am-4pm late 4pm – 11pm and weekend 12midnight)

The Sous Chef role is for an immediate start and trials / cook offs can be arranged as soon as the job application is received

The Sous Chef will receive:

·Basic annual salary of £35,000
