Sous Chef – Farm shop & restaurant – Wales

Job Spec:

Are you tired of London? And looking to escape to the beautiful countryside?

I am looking for a Sous Chef and for an award-winning Farm Shop and Kitchen based in Wales, where fresh, seasonal food and Welsh produce are at the heart of everything they do.

The operation includes, a Butcher, Farm shop, Restaurant and Events rooms.

There is a team of 6/8 Chefs.

The ideal Sous Chef will work mostly day shifts doing breakfast and lunch and only Friday & Saturday open for dinner. 65 cover restaurants.

Accommodation is provided free of charge to the Sous Chef, and it consists of a Bungalow including a kitchen, sitting room and bedroom.

The SousChef salary on offer is up to £35,000 per year.

The Sous Chef role is for an immediate start and if you want to work in a well-organized, and supportive kitchen then this is the job for you.
