They are now looking for an enthusiastic and determined Restaurant General Manager to join their front of House team.

The company can pay for the Wine Spirits Education Trust training, and no P&L experience needed.

·Salary of £45,000 per year

·Excellent service charge and bonus!!!!

·48 Hours per week

·Overtime paid above the 48 hours

·Earliest start 8.00 am, restaurant open 9am -22.00pm

·Immediate start

The ideal Restaurant General Manager will have experience in a similar role, with a “can do” attitude.

The Restaurant General Manager will have attention to detail and strong managerial presence, a hands-on attitude to service and strong leadership skills to manage an existing team and ability to develop ideas to help the business grow.

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee an 80 covers restaurant, with 14 Front of House staff and ideally will have wine knowledge or passion for wines

Our client a popular and busy casual dining restaurant in the heart of Primrose Hill, offers a “Home from Home” atmosphere with global comfort food, charcuterie, and homemade ice-cream.

In the afternoons you can drop by for salads, sandwiches and cakes (or cocktails and wine if you fancy!)

Serving a fabulous selection of brunch dishes during the day while in the evening our a la carte menu. It will consists of seasonally changing dishes with an emphasis on using top quality.
