Restaurant & Bar Manager East Sussex -temporary accommodation provided

Job Spec:

Our client,one of the most talked-about dining destinations in East Sussex and Kent, is now looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager.

The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager will have the opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business, with further expansion in the pipeline, and the right candidate will have huge potential for progression.

Package

·Full-time,45 hours per week

·Salary£38,000–£40,000 + Tronc (£5,000)

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on, charismatic leader who can inspire others.

The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager is someone with:

·Experience in a senior role in a fine dining or premium restaurant

·Experience and who has a genuine interest in wine, particularly finer wine.

·A natural host who enjoys engaging with guests and leading a team

·Confident in managing stocks, budgets, and financial targets

·Is reasonably tech proficient, and able to create and use simple spreadsheets (Excel) to assist with tracking costs

·Organized and detail-focused,with a passion for training and mentoring

·Honest and open with a thirst to learn

·Excellent, friendly communicator,both written and in person
