Pastry Sous Chef is needed for a fine dining Italian restaurant with an immediate start

New fine dining Italian restaurant is looking for an experience Pastry Sous Chef.

The ideal Pasty Sous Chef will be able to run the section in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef. Attention to detail and working to deadlines are equally important for this Pastry Sous Chef. Other parts of the role will include stock rotation and general kitchen duties. 7 shifts in a team of two, over time is paid.

All Pastry Sous Chef’s must have the following:

  • Attention to detail and strive for perfection
  • Passion for sweet things (you will taste what you make!)
  • Must have right to work the UK
