Pastry Sous Chef -fine dining restaurant – City of London

Fine dining restaurant serving the finest of seasonal British ingredients is now looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef

This is an all-day dining operation including Breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner and

The Pastry Sous Chef will receive salary package of £33,700 per year and will work with a Pastry team including 8 Pastry Chefs

High volume and high quality established restaurant serving a busy afternoon tea, lunch and dinner and the Pastry sous chef will work with a seasonal Pastry changing menu

The Pastry Sous Chef will be experienced, used to quality and volume and able to cope with this demanding role

Rota is based over 48 hours per week, 7 shifts and the Pastry Sous Chef role is for an immediate start.
