My client based in Sloane Square is a leading London 1 Michelin restaurant where the team is headed up by one of the brightest and most talented Head Chefs in the UK.

The restaurant received several awards, and now working towards their 2nd Michelin star, everything is prepared from fresh and they have their own vegetable and herbs garden as well.

Due to their popularity and success they are now looking to recruit a Pastry Junior Sous – Pastry Sous Chef that wants to move up to their 1st Pastry Head Chef role

The ideal Pastry Junior Sous – Pastry Sous Chef must have Michelin experience, and manage a team including a Pastry Commis/Demi Chef de Partie and a Pastry Chef de Partie.

The Pastry Junior Sous – Pastry Sous Chef will work 8.00am to close Mondays and 10.00am to close Tuesday to Friday.

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays always off!!!!

Monday to Friday role, opened only for dinner and from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, salary up to £35,000 per year and depending on experience, immediate start
