Pasta Chef – Central London – Sunday off

Job Spec:

We are looking for a Pasta Chef and for our restaurant in Central London.

We are only serving food freshly prepared; everything is done in house and use the absolute best seasonal produce.

The ideal Pasta Chef will work in a busy section and does not need to prepare the pasta in-house.

The Pasta Chef will be paid £18 per hours and for every hour worked. Sunday always off and closed for Xmas.

Previous experience in a similar role and high-volume operation is an advantage.

The kitchen team includes up to 7/8 Chefs, on average we have 200/250 covers per day, and serve Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner with events during the Xmas season.

In return the Pasta Chef will be:

• Paid an hourly rate of £18 including service charge.
• 45 hours per week and paid for every hour worked.
• Sunday always off plus another day during the week
• Restaurant is closed from the 25^th of December and up to the 4^th of January.
• Receive the support and training from an inspiring Group Head Chef
