Our client a casual dining Italian restaurant serving fresh handmade pasta and exciting Italian wines, located in Southeast London, is now looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their friendly and professional team.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar standard of commercial kitchens and 1 year of pasta experience.
Meat butchery and fish filleting skills, at least level 2 certificate of food hygiene, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
The Junior Sous Chef will be working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen. All will be required to run each section in the kitchen including both prep and service and be able to train Junior Chefs when required while maintaining our high standards of both food quality and food hygiene.
The Junior Sous Chef role is for an immediate start, offering an annual salary up to £36,000, for 45hours pw, seven shifts and always 2 days off.
Permanent full-time contact is offered.
