Head Chef – Fine Dining Sushi Concept – Head Chef

A phenomenal opportunity for a lively, enthusiastic Head Chef to join a growing company and head up their restaurant in Guernsey

The Head Chef MUST have
– Great Attitude
– Preferably London Fine Dining Japanese Experience
– An understanding of the Japanese Language
– be able to mentor and oversee a brigade.
– previous experience

In return the Head Chef will
– Receive a package up to £35k
– have an opportunity to potentially be Exec Chef in the foreseeable future
