Events Senior Sous Chef – Boutique Hotel – Richmond – 40 hrs pw

Our client a 4* deluxe Boutique Hotel based in Richmond is now looking for an experienced Events Senior Sous Chef

The Events Senior Sous Chef will receive (depending on experience) a basic salary of £35,000 per year plus service charge for 40 working hours per week

Immediate start, British cuisine and the events team includes the Senior Sous Chef, 2 Chef de parti, 2 Demi Chef de parti and, depending the size of the functions, temporary or agency Chefs

Only the freshest ingredients are used and the Events Senior Sous Chef will receive:

  • Basic salary of £35,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Service charge
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 straight shifts
  • 28 days holidays
  • 2 days off per week

The ideal Events Senior Sous Chef must have previous experience in a similar role, be passionate about cooking and support the Executive Head Chef in the management of the Events division

If you are keen on this role you must be able to travel to and from Richmond in West London

The Events Senior Sous Chef will work with a supportive kitchen team and have the opportunity to work to the highest standards with lots of opportunities for promotion within the hotel group
