Our client a Private Members Club is looking for a Chef de Partie and for an immediate start
The Club includes a fine dining restaurant with 30 covers on average, a Grill restaurant for up to 100/120, and Banqueting operation
This is an upmarket and exclusive Private Members Club and the ideal Chef de Partie will receive a:
• Salary package of £32,000 per year
• Annual Bonus
• Work 40 hrs per week and straight shifts
• The 40 working hours are over 4 days and shifts are 11.00am to 10.00pm
• 3 Days off
• Extra shifts and hours worked are paid as overtime
• Immediate start
• Training and development
• Supportive kitchen team
The Chef de Partie will be using only the freshest continental and British ingredients and be trained and work with a professional, calm, and understanding Head Chef
This is an ideal role for a Chef de Partie passionate about cooking but also wants to work sociable hours
