We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie, and to work with our client a Private Member Club based in Oxford Circus
The Chef de Partie position annual salary is £30,000 you will be contracted to work Monday – Sunday and for 40 hours per week
An Early shift starts at 6.30am latest you will finish is 10pm,
Any extra hours after 40 hours Monday – Sunday will be paid at single rate overtime

The bulk of the work will be Monday – Friday, Early or late shift, you could work one in 4 Saturdays, and would normally be overtime

The Chef de Partie will be running a section in the restaurant coving either the lunch or dinner service you will also be expected to work within the conferencing and banqueting, ranging from Hot fork buffets canapes and bowl food and seated fine dining dinners from 50 to 300 covers daily

You will be working in a brigade of 15 chefs (when fully staffed) and there is lots of room for you to develop within the company.

Salary £30.000 – Overtime paid single rate – Working in restaurant kitchen and the events kitchen where needed

Restaurant kitchen is Monday – Friday early or late shift running a section

Event kitchen Monday – Saturday working with the Sous chef to run and send events from buffets, canapé’s, working lunch depending on the business, required to send small dinners and events by themselves.

Overtime will be paid at a single rate when working over the 40 working hours per week

The Club is also closed during Bank Holiday, Christmas, and Easter
