Job Spec:

The Bartender role will be for an elegant and modern take on the Japanese Izayaka – a style of cooking combining authentic Japanese and European cuisines, and the menu is fuelled with innovative spirit offering a unique style


The Bartender will work in an ideal place for a pre and post – dinner drink, or as a destination on its own to stop by and enjoy a selection of bar snacks with a drink in a relaxed neighbourhood spot in the heart of Chelsea for locals and guests to enjoy their favourite tipple, whether it be a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or sake

The benefits of the Bartender will have a very attractive salary starting from £26000 up to £28000 per annum

The working hours will be subject to the weekly ROTA with shifts from 10:00am until 12:00pm with single shifts or double shifts to balance your lifestyle

What skills you will need:

  • A good understanding of hospitality would be great
  • Ability to work with people and work collaboratively across different functions with a smile
  • Remain calm and constructive under pressure, solution orientated
  • Extremely well organised whilst being comfortable multitasking across different responsibilities.
  • Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Can do attitude


You will be part of the team of the restaurant. The Bartender role requires a person who is always professional but also has a welcoming and friendly disposition.
