Due to the expanding gastro pubs and bars sector, this division purely focuses on these establishments. This includes gastro pubs, bars, country pubs, traditional pubs, nightclubs and cocktail bars.
We can provide staff of all levels including General Managers, Bar Managers, Assistant Managers, Floor Managers, Cocktail staff, Bar staff and Host / Hostess.
Our Restaurants division covers a wide range of restaurants including those awarded with AA Rosettes or Michelin Stars, Brasseries, Bistros, Branded, Cafes, Individual and Restaurant groups.
We cover all types of cuisines including British, European, Mediterranean, Asian, International, Tapas and many more.

West One Temps division provides all hospitality operational grades of staff ranging from Kitchen Porters to Executive Chefs.
