Chef de Partie - Seafood Restaurant - £28k
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie who will join an amazing and newly opened Seafood Restaurant in Covent Garden.
The successful Chef de Partie will receive up to £28.000 per year.
As a Chef de Partie you will work 4 days and have 3 days off, approximately 50-55 hours per week. Sunday and Bank Holidays closed so you will have Sunday OFF and 2 more days during the week.
The successful Chef de Partie will have 2-3 years proven experience within quality London restaurants preferably at 1/2AA Rosette level.
